If the item you received arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item, we will happily resend, replace or refund the order.

If you no longer want an item, you'll be able return it at your own cost, Predilures allows 15 days for a item to be returned as long as the item is in new unused condition and still in the original packaging it came in from us.

Once you start a return, Predilures will contact you within 3 business days to resolve your issue.

Please always keep products away from children due to sharp hooks and choking risk, with soft baits looking like a sweet to a child, some soft baits are scented so always wash hands before handling food or putting fingers in your mouth.
