Custom design Bass fishing lure is the 70S Flutter Bar 70mm 24g, with a unique shape and head fin for more stability in the water this is a perfect imitation bait for Bass, long casting due to a fixed lead block  in the mid section of the lure which on water entry untouched will flutter down horizontally, as soon as the lure is on the move it will swim with a wide tail end wobble action with its head slightly up, retrieved fast it will run very shallow and adding jabs will make it more erratic in its swim action, slowed down will allow the Flutter Bar to run deeper and allowing pauses will gain more depth, perfect lure for those shallow rough marks or where the fish are feeding in the upper layers of the water, armed with #4 Origin treble hooks.
