Well it was that time of year for the European Freshwater Lure Kayak Championships organised by South Wales Kayak Anglers, being held at the stunning Llangorse Lake in Wales surrounded by nature l couldn't resist a little session for the Wild Perch this great lake holds before the following day event which certainly didn't dissapoint with fish from the word go, simply slow jigging micro soft baits along the bottom on the drift it was almost a Perch every drop down, with the lake also holding big numbers of Pike certainly if you are a Kayaker or Sib fisherman this amazing Lake is must for a day or two, with Llangorse Lake being a nature reserve on most of its banks fishing is only permitted from a watercraft.
